Bistrot Pierre, the French restaurant group, has confirmed its site in Kidderminster, West Midlands, will open on June 30.

Rob Beacham, co-owner of Bistrot Pierre, said: “We’re currently investing almost £1 million into our new premises which will transform one of the premier locations at Riverside Walk into a beautifully styled French bistro.

“As well as our award winning interiors being implemented at the new site, we are also delighted to be offering traditional Parisian styled outdoor terrace seating too.”

The site will be the third Bistrot Pierre to open in the West Midlands in less than a year, following sites in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield and Gas Street Birmingham.

The opening comes after the groups announced four new openings in February as part of a £9.8 million investment from the private equity investor Livingbridge in 2015.

The restaurant group first opened in Nottingham 23 years ago and has 19 sites in the UK.
