Independent foodservice brand Country Range, has launched its first ever range of premium quality fresh chicken breast fillets.

The roll-out will be supported with a huge sales push, competitions, promotions, events and social media activity.

The Country Range premium quality chicken breast fillets contain no added water so they will not leach 20% of their weight in water evaporation when cooked, meaning caterers get more for their money.

Every breast is fully-traceable and are also calibrated to ensure that they are uniform in look and size (200-230g each), which is vital for caterers looking for precision and to control portion size and reduce wastage.
