Casual Dining, the two day trade show for restaurants, pubs, bars and hotels, is to return to the Business Design Centre, London, this week.

Over 4,500 visitors are expected to attend Casual Dining 2017, which takes place tomorrow, and Thursday (February 22nd-23rd), where there will be over 200 exhibitors.

Chris Brazier, group event director of Casual Dining, said: “From our speakers and exhibitors to the visitors themselves, the who’s who of the casual dining sector will be at the show doing business. It’s going to be a very busy and productive two days.”

Registered visitors for the event include senior decision makers from Jamie’s Italian, JD Wetherspoon, Revolution Bars Group, Punch, Greene King, Compass Group and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

Sam Elliot, chef director at Jamie’s Italian, said: “Casual Dining is a fantastic exhibition and an incredible opportunity to meet new suppliers and experience innovative products and ingredients.”

Independent operators, operating between one and five sites, are expected to be well represented as nearly 1,500 visited in 2016.

A free keynote theatre featuring brands including Bill’s Restaurants and Young’s sharing expertise will take place throughout the show. The Casual Dining Innovation Challenge Awards and the King of Craft competition will also be held at the event.
