Charlotte’s Group to host charity dinner for The Food Chain

London restaurant firm, Charlotte’s Group, is to host a charity dinner for The Food Chain at the charity’s kitchen in Kings Cross on 21 September.

Lee Cadden, head chef at the group’s 2 AA Rosette restaurant, Charlotte's Place, will create the evening’s menu in collaboration with local and independent suppliers, who will be donating their produce for the event.

The five course menu will include dishes such as salt baked potato soup, bath blue, preserved turnip; grilled longhorn beef sirloin, chervil root and cep followed by Ealing honey peaches, almond milk granite and lemon balm.

The evening includes a welcome cocktail from Fredi Viaud, the group's  head bartender at Charlotte’s W5, the newest in the Charlotte’s Group stable.

Established in 1988, The Food chain delivers meals and groceries, offer cookery and nutrition classes and communal eating opportunities to people living with HIV in London and their dependants.
