EAT. announces Christmas menu

EAT. has announced the launch of its new Christmas food range, which will be on sale from 16th November.

The range includes two vegan options, festive bloomers and a focus on Pigs in Blankets.

Highlights from the menu include:

  • Pigs in Blankets Pot (£2.50, dairy free) - six sausages wrapped in maple-cured bacon, with EAT’s cranberry sauce
  • Brie & Truffle Mac n Cheese (from £5.50, vegetarian) - mac ‘n’ cheese with a festive twist, including Brie, truffle, cranberry sauce and breadcrumbs
  • Vegan Festival Bloomer (£3.75, vegan) - mushroom, chestnut and walnut stuffing with carrot ribbons, roasted parsnip puree, spinach and cranberry on seeded bloomer bread
  • Festival Full Works Bloomer (£3.95) - turkey breast, smoked ham, pork & sage stuffing, cranberry sauce and spinach on seeded bloomer bread. Also available in a baguette (£4.50)
  • Festive Full Works Turkey, Parnsip & Pancetta Hot Pot (from £5.50) - festive stew with turkey, parsnip and pancetta served with mashed potato and winter slaw
  • Spiced Roast Vegetable and Freekah Hot Pot (from £5.50, vegan) - tomato, roasted aubergine and butternut squash, combined with red chilli, freekah and spices.

Sweet treats will include a Merry Mincemeat Crumble Bar, Cranberry and Almond Slice and Clementine, Blackberry and Redcurrant Pot, alongside its handmade mince pies. A Caramel Spiced Latte will also form part of the launch.
