EXCLUSIVE: Mark Sargeant’s top tips for winning Best British Roast Dinner 2017

In an exclusive video for Eat Out, chef and restaurateur Mark Sargeant has shared his top tips for pubs taking part in this year’s Best British Roast Dinner competition – in celebration of British Roast Dinner Week (24 September – 1 October).

Now in its sixth year, the competition aims to put more pubs on the map, with the winning venue awarded £10k worth of PR support.</p>

Nick Otley, owner of Bunch of Grapes, winner of Best British Roast Dinner 2016, said: “We’ve always been busy, but since winning the Best British Roast Dinner competition we’re taking bookings for Sunday service weeks in advance. It’s inspired us to become even better.”
