Franco Manca launches seasonal menu

Franco Manca, the Fulham Shore-owned pizza chain, has announced the launch of its seasonal menu, focusing on organic and locally-sourced ingredients.

Launching this month, the new rotating menu of specials will include tomato-free butternut squash pizza with roasted pine kernels and Colston Bassett Stilton; and Gloucester Old Spot sausage pizza made with radicchio Trevisano and finished with white truffle oil.

A British bresaola pizza with organic tomato, watercress and mozzarella from Somerset-based producer Frank & Lloyd will also feature.

All pizzas are made from slow-rising sourdough and baked in a wood-burning oven at 500-degrees.

The seasonal specials will sit alongside the brand’s classic menu.
