Following its three-month refurbishment, Lussmans Fish & Grill has opened its newest restaurant in Tring, Hertfordshire.

It is the fifth opening from Lussmans, which has turned an old bank building at 21 High Street into a contemporary restaurant.

The building has been recreated by managing director Andrei Lussman, and features a ground floor dining area with a view into the kitchen, a mezzanine with views over a balcony and a private dining room in a space that was once the bank manager’s office.

“Initial feedback has been very positive, with many diners complimenting us on the transformation of the old bank, and on the value-for-money of our set menu,” said Lussman.

He added: “Although our dedication to providing first class food and service to everyone will be consistent with the reputation we have already established, this restaurant provides a different dining experience.”

The restaurant group opened its first restaurant in North Kensington, but has since established itself solely in Hertfordshire, where it has sites in St Albans, Hertford, Harpenden and Hitchin.
