The New World Trading Company (NWTC) is set top to open a new concept pub, The Florist, in Bristol in early 2018.

Situated in a 19th century Grade II listed building and former bakery, The Florist’s menu is set to include a selection of ‘incredible’ cocktails and over 60 world ales and beers, alongside a vibrant food menu complete with deli, rotisserie and grill-inspired delights.'

Chris Hill, NWTC chief executive, said: “We are excited to be opening our first Florist in a community which has such a passion for food and city.

“We feel our combination of award winning cocktails and tempting food will deliver something quite unique to the city. We are very much looking forward to immersing ourselves in local life.”

Placed tenth in The Times Top 100 Companies 2017, The New World Trading Company’s portfolio includes the Botanist brand, Birmingham’s The Canal House and The Oast House in Manchester.
