New Young’s menu ‘embraces customers’s food resolutions’

To help customers “embrace their food resolutions” this year, pub company Young’s is launching a limited-edition ‘winter warmer’ menu from 8-28 January, available across its entire Young’s and Geronimo portfolio.

Bringing a “flexitarian approach to dining,” the new menu offers a range of plant-based dishes (roasted sweet potato, spinach and celeriac filo pie; wild rice, saffron, orange and kipper kedgeree), vegan dishes (charred cauliflower steak, butternut squash puree, savoury pistachio crumble) and meat options (beef shin stew with superfood, seaweed mash and honey glazed carrot; Cornish mackerel with golden beetroot piccalilli, celeriac puree.)

For those after traditional pub comfort food, Young’s braised pork cheek casserole with black pudding and blue cheese dumplings, and Brie, bacon and cranberry stuffed chicken will still feature on menus throughout.

Not wanting to “break (customers’s) money-saving resolutions,” two-course meal will cost between £20-24.
