Paul Bakery is doing its bit for the homeless this Christmas - donating 50p from every 400g+ loaf of bread sold to The Felix Project’s latest programme, ‘Help a Hungry Child.’

Running throughout December, the company has also partnered with charity StreetSmart, and will raise additional funds through a £1 voluntary donation to bills at both its Tower 42 and Covent Garden restaurants, which will this year help “feed primary school children across London, no matter what their circumstances are.”

Having raised just over £15,000 for the charity last Christmas, Paul also donates unsold products to The Felix Project on a daily basis – which is distributed to the homeless, those living in poverty and families struggling to get by across the capital.

Paul chief executive Jean-Michel Orieux said: “The Felix Project is a close charity of ours (Paul’s) and we are honoured with the progress we have made so far.

“Being able to feed young children around this time of year is an initiative we are delighted to be a part of, and have every confidence that we can raise a higher sum this winter.”
