Supplier of fresh soups into foodservice, The Real Soup Co., has unveiled a new limited edition range of soups for pubs inspired by the flavours of the world.

The new 'Around the World' range is inspired by UK trends for cuisines such as Mexican, Pan-Asian and Sri Lankan. Each has been created by the company’s team of development chefs to authentic recipes.

David Colwell, Foodservice Manager, Real Soup Co., said: “Our research tells us that 70% consumers will pay more for a soup that has been freshly made. Proof if proof were needed that perceived quality is everything. That’s why, when we create an innovative new soup flavour, we do so using authentic high quality ingredients, always with one eye on the latest trends rocking the food sector."

The Real Soup Co.’s new range is available in 4kg foodservice tubs in the following flavours.

British Beef Stew
A hearty and wholesome retro classic, made using chunky seasonal root vegetables, silverside beef and pearl barley.

Indonesian Chickpea & Coconut
An aromatic, warming and authentic blend of tomatoes, chickpeas, coconut, lemongrass and lime leaves.

Mexican Chilli Beef
The perfect blend of beef mince, red peppers, lime, coriander and kidney beans with a highly satisfying chilli kick.

French Onion
A rich, dark and sweet blend of sliced onions and vegetable stock.

Sri Lankan Chicken
An authentically mild, creamy tomato-based soup blending onions, chicken and spinach with coconut, ginger garlic and lime.

The Real Soup Co. is a supplier of premium fresh soups to the foodservice industry and sister company to The Real Deli Co. Both are owned by Zorba Delicacies, a South Wales manufacturer.
