Rosa’s Thai Café relaunches Westfield Stratford site

21/04/2017 - 08:48
Rosa’s Thai Café, the London-based chain of Thai restaurants, has relaunched its Westfield Stratford site as Rosa’s Thai Market Kitchen.

In response to customer feedback, the relaunched site will focus on market-style dining and offer more customisable food options.

Customers will be able to choose bases, which include chargrilled mixed vegetables and a lemongrass salad, toppings, which include satay chicken and grilled prawns, and sauces to build fresh salads.

A new range of Thai smoothies, including mango and sticky rice and Thai colada, will also be on offer at the site.

The relaunch comes after the chain launched their eighth branch of Rosa’s Thai Café in Brixton in March this year. Further openings in West Hampstead, Seven Dials, and One Tower Bridge have been scheduled.

Co-founders Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore have also opened Saiphin’s Thai Kitchen in London Fields as a complementary brand to Rosa’s Thai Café.
